Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Which payment method can I use?
Alorvia Studio currently supports secure checkout through PayPal and available WooCommerce payment options shown at checkout.
Why did my payment fail?
Payment failures can happen because of card issuer checks, PayPal account restrictions, incorrect billing details, or connection issues. Please try again or contact your payment provider.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders under $49. Orders of $49 or more unlock free standard shipping.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are prepared and shipped from China to international customers. Delivery time can vary by destination, customs, and carrier processing.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us quickly after placing your order. If the order has not entered processing, we will try to help. Once shipped, the address usually cannot be changed.

What is your return window?
Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Who pays return shipping?
For preference-based returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can review the best solution.
Can I return opened DIY supplies?
Opened, mixed, cut, or used jewelry-making supplies are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do natural stones look exactly like the photos?
Natural stones, pearls, and agate pieces can vary in color, banding, translucency, glow, and surface character. These differences are part of the material and are not considered defects.
Are your pieces made only with natural stones?
Alorvia Studio includes natural materials and may also offer stone-inspired, man-made, stainless steel, and jewelry-making materials. Product pages will describe the material type clearly.
Will stainless steel jewelry tarnish?
Stainless steel is durable for everyday wear, but it still benefits from dry storage and gentle cleaning. Avoid chlorine, harsh cleaners, saltwater exposure, and abrasive pads.

Can I shower with my jewelry?
We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or cleaning. Water, soap, sweat, and chemicals can dull materials and shorten wear life.
How should I clean pearls?
Use a soft dry cloth after wearing. Avoid perfume, alcohol, hairspray, lotion, long moisture exposure, steam, and ultrasonic cleaners.
How should I store jewelry?
Store pieces separately in a dry pouch, box, or soft-lined tray. Keep pearls and stones away from hard metal edges and avoid mixing loose pieces together.

How should I store loose beads and findings?
Keep materials dry, clean, and separated by type. Store stones, pearls, metal findings, chains, and charms in labeled containers to prevent scratching or mixing.
Can I use DIY supplies for commercial projects?
Unless a product page states otherwise, supplies are intended for personal craft and small creative use. For larger or wholesale needs, contact us first.
Are bead colors always identical between batches?
Natural and dyed materials may vary between batches. For matching projects, order enough material at one time when possible.
