These terms apply to purchases made through Alorvia Studio. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate order and shipping information, pay the total shown at checkout, and follow the policies shown on our shipping, returns, privacy, and care pages.
Products
Natural agate beads and stones may show small differences in color, pattern, size, and texture. These differences are part of the material character and are not considered defects.
Check each stainless steel listing for its material, finish, measurements and included components. Gold-tone and silver-tone describe the finish, not solid gold or sterling silver.
Orders and Payment
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. PayPal and other available checkout methods are handled through secure payment providers.
Shipping
Orders ship from China to international customers. Delivery time depends on destination, customs handling, carrier conditions, and holidays.
All orders include free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase. For deliveries outside the European Union, Alorvia covers import duties and taxes. For deliveries to EU countries, import duties, VAT and customs clearance charges are payable by the customer and are not included in the product price.

Returns
