1. Who we are and how to contact us
This policy describes personal information handled through Alorvia Studio at alorvia.com, including shopping, customer support and order tracking. Alorvia Studio is an individually operated store selling stainless steel jewelry and natural agate. Orders ship from China.

2. Information you give us
Orders: Your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number if supplied, selected products and options, order notes, and transaction references and payment status returned by the payment service. Guest checkout is available. Existing account holders may also have sign-in details, saved addresses and order history.
Support: Your name, email, optional order number, chosen topic and message. If you email photographs or other supporting material, we also receive that content. Please send only what is needed to resolve the issue.
Buying religious jewelry does not require you to tell us your religious beliefs. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in messages.
3. Technical information and cookies
The website and its hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, visited addresses and error or security logs. Shopping and sign-in functions use cookies or similar browser storage to remember cart contents, maintain sessions and recognize signed-in users.
WooCommerce order-attribution scripts are also present. This feature can use sbjs_* cookies to associate an order with referral or campaign information, entry pages, session activity and device type. If an order is placed, attribution information may be saved with it. This is separate from cookies needed to operate the cart.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking shopping or sign-in cookies can prevent those functions from working. Browser controls do not replace any consent choices required by applicable law.
4. Why information is used
We use relevant information to process orders and payment status, arrange delivery, provide updates, answer inquiries, handle returns and disputes, maintain customer records and protect the website against abuse. Order-attribution information helps us understand which sources lead to orders.
Where a law such as the GDPR applies, the basis depends on the activity: taking steps at your request and performing an order contract; meeting applicable legal obligations; legitimate interests in proportionate administration, security and support where these are not overridden by your rights; or consent where required for optional processing. Visiting the site is not blanket consent to every use of personal information.
5. Payments
PayPal is the payment method currently enabled in the store configuration. If you use it, PayPal processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. We use the resulting transaction references and status to administer the order.
Embedded payment services can receive technical connection information when loaded, not only after a completed payment. Never send us your PayPal password or full payment-card details by email or through the contact form.
6. Customer messages and Google email services
Contact-form submissions are configured to be emailed to lovejing9233@gmail.com. The email includes the submitted form fields so we can respond. Store notification and support emails may contain recipient details, order details and correspondence necessary for the message. Google processes information routed through Gmail under its applicable service terms and privacy policy.
The store’s email connection uses authorization from the store operator. Customers do not need to connect their own Google accounts or give us access to their Gmail inboxes to shop or contact us.
7. Who receives information
Relevant information is handled by the operator and service providers involved in operating the store: hosting services, Google email services, PayPal for payments, and delivery or fulfillment providers for shipping. Delivery providers receive the recipient and parcel information needed for the shipment. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address a legal claim.
The tracking feature links to 17TRACK with a tracking number. Using that external service sends the number and technical connection information to that service. Please read its privacy notice before entering additional information there.
WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor are software used by the site; their presence alone does not mean that every order is sent to those software vendors.
8. International handling
Order fulfillment takes place from China. Hosting, email, payment and tracking services may process information in other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
9. How long information is kept
Order and transaction records are kept to administer purchases, delivery, returns and payment disputes, and to meet applicable accounting or other legal recordkeeping obligations. The relevant period depends on the applicable legal requirement and whether an order or claim remains unresolved.
Support correspondence is retained for handling the inquiry, related after-sales matters and any unresolved dispute. Existing account information supports the account and order history. Technical and security records support troubleshooting and investigation of abuse. Backup copies and provider-held messages may remain after an active record is removed, subject to their own retention cycles and applicable obligations.
You can contact us to ask about a record or request deletion. Deletion is not automatic when an order completes, and records needed for a legal obligation or an unresolved claim may be retained.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of certain information, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also have a right to complain to your relevant data-protection authority.
Use the email or contact link above to make a request. We will need enough information to locate the record and verify the request proportionately. Please do not send identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification step has been explained. Requests are subject to applicable exceptions, including records that must be retained by law.
If you receive promotional emails, use their unsubscribe option or contact us. Necessary order and service messages are separate from marketing.
11. Security and information about children
The site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password for any existing account and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can review and address it. Please avoid including unnecessary information about children in order notes or support messages.
12. External services and changes to this policy
External payment and tracking services have their own privacy practices. This policy covers our store’s handling of information, not every practice of a third-party site.
We may update this policy as the store and its services change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
