Products & Materials
Will my agate look exactly like the photos?
Agate color, banding and surface character can vary between individual beads and strands. Check each listing for material and treatment details, dimensions and the quantity included.
What materials do you sell?
Our two main collections are stainless steel jewelry and natural agate. Read the individual product description for its material, finish, components and any disclosed treatments.
How should I care for stainless steel jewelry?
Follow our care guide and the individual product notes, especially for plated finishes and mixed-material pieces.
Jewelry Care
Can I shower with my jewelry?
We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or cleaning. Water, soap, sweat, and chemicals can dull materials and shorten wear life.
How should I care for agate beads?
Check the listing for any treatments or mixed materials, and follow our material care guide before cleaning.
How should I store jewelry?
Store pieces separately in a dry pouch, box, or soft-lined tray. Keep agate beads and stones away from hard metal edges and avoid mixing loose pieces together.
Agate Beads & Strands
How should I store loose beads and findings?
Keep materials dry, clean, and separated by type. Store agate beads, strands, and finished pieces in labeled containers to prevent scratching or mixing.
Can I use DIY supplies for commercial projects?
Unless a product page states otherwise, supplies are intended for personal craft and small creative use. For larger or wholesale needs, contact us first.
Are bead colors always identical between batches?
Natural and dyed materials may vary between batches. For matching projects, order enough material at one time when possible.
